BATTERY FAQ

How do I turn on and off my battery?

Press the button 5-times (you should feel 5 clicks) quickly to turn on and off the battery. You’ll see the light flash with the relevant power level (Red for low, Green for medium, Blue for high). If you leave the battery unused for 3 minutes, it will shut off automatically. When the battery shuts off automatically, you’ll see the light flash a couple of times then remain off.

Is this battery universal? What kind of battery can I use for this cartridge?

The battery can be used with any cartridge that is compatible with 510 thread. The cartridge must be used at a minimum of 3.3 Volt. Take caution that voltage does not exceed 3.8 Volt, if so, this will cause the oil to burn and alter the taste.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

It takes the battery 30-45 mints to fully charge.

What are the different temperatures for? What’s the ideal voltage/color for the battery?

The batteries are color coordinated, for adjustable voltages. Red is 3.3V, Green is 3.6V, and Blue is 3.8V

Why does my battery keep turning off?

The battery has an automatic shut off after 3 min of no use to decrease the need of constant charging.

Is there a warranty on the battery?

Batteries have a 90 day warranty with proof of purchase.

What is the life of the battery?

-The life of the battery depends on how well it’s maintained. With normal wear and tear, the battery can last up to a year or more.

-Dropping the battery, not properly storing the battery, and not maintaining the battery can decrease the life of the battery.

CARTRIDGE FAQ

Is there a warranty on the cartridge?

If your cartridge is not working out of the box, please take it back to the point of purchase for an exchange or refund. Once a cartridge has been used, we cannot offer a return.

What Voltage do you recommend for the cartridge?

We find that the optimal voltage for our cartridge is 3.3V for a rich taste. Some people prefer 3.6V which uses up more oil but provides a bigger dose. We do not recommend going over 3.6V as it may damage the ceramic coil on the cartridge, leaving a burnt taste.

Troubleshoot

Why is my battery not powering on?

Check to see if the battery is charged. If the battery is not holding a charge, please return battery to point of sale (If battery is covered by warranty).

What is the white flashing light?

The battery will flash a white light when the battery needs to be charged or when the cartridge is not making a clean connection with the battery. If battery/cartridge connection is clogged, take a Qtip with rubbing alcohol and remove oil.

Why won’t my cartridge draw/hit/puff?

Check to see if the battery is on by pressing the button 5 times. If this does not work, the cartridge may be clogged or the battery may need charging.

How do I unclog my cartridge?

  • Turn battery on.

  • Warm up the coil/cartridge by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds.

  • Taking a few draws or blow into the cartridge without pushing the button.

  • Store the cartridge in the ideal temperature range of 50°- 85° F.

  • Make sure the air holes in the threading are not clogged with oil: unscrew your cartridge from the battery and clean the threading area with alcohol if needed.

  • If you can’t unclog using the techniques above: Unscrew the mouthpiece. Observe there are two small metal rods on each side – these are the airflow ports. Using an unbent paperclip, jam it down each port until you feel it hit the base of the cartridge. You may hear a pop as you clear any oil clogs.

Why did my cartridge leak?

The cartridge is metal; if the cartridge and oil get too hot, the oil becomes thin and leaks easily. NEVER LEAVE THE CARTRIDGE IN AN AREA OF ELEVATED TEMPERATURES OR IN DIRECT SUN LIGHT.

Why is there no vape on exhale?

Check to see if the battery is on. Verify that the cartridge is not clogged. Try a different voltage.

Why does the oil taste burnt?

Check the battery’s voltage and make sure it’s not over 3.6V otherwise you might burn the coil.
